Set Up Your Meta Business Access (10 mins)

Follow the steps below carefully. Once complete, fill in the form at the bottom and we'll take it from there.

STEP 1 — Create Your Meta Business Portfolio

  1. Go to business.facebook.com

  2. If you're taken to a dashboard, you already have one — skip to Step 2

  3. If not, click "Create Account"

  4. Enter your business name, your name, and your business email address

  5. Follow the prompts to complete setup

  6. Once inside, click Business Settings (gear icon, bottom left)

  7. Go to Business Info — copy your Business Portfolio ID (you'll need it later)

STEP 2 — Create an Ad Account

  1. Inside Business Settings, click Accounts → Ad Accounts in the left menu

  2. Click the blue "+ Add" button

  3. Select "Create a new ad account"

  4. Name it: [Your Business Name] — Ads

  5. Set your currency to GBP and your correct time zone

  6. Click "Create Ad Account"

  7. When asked who it's for, select "My business"

  8. You'll now see your Ad Account ID (looks like: act_123456789) — copy the numbers only

STEP 3 — Add Our Agency as a Partner

  1. Still in Business Settings, click Partners in the left menu

  2. Click "+ Add" → Select "Give a partner access to your assets"

  3. Enter our Business Portfolio ID: 882001768086821

  4. Click Next and confirm

STEP 4 — Assign Your Ad Account to Our Agency

  1. Go to Accounts → Ad Accounts

  2. Click on your Ad Account

  3. Click "Assign Partners"

  4. Select our agency from the list

  5. Set permission to Admin

  6. Click Save

STEP 5 — Assign Your Facebook Page to Our Agency

  1. Go to Accounts → Pages

  2. If your page isn't listed, click "+ Add" → "Add a Page" and search for it

  3. Click on your Page → "Assign Partners"

  4. Select our agency

  5. Set permission to Admin

  6. Click Save

STEP 6 — Find Your IDs

You'll need these for the form below:

  • Business Portfolio ID → Business Settings → Business Info

  • Ad Account ID → Business Settings → Ad Accounts (numbers only, no "act_")

  • Facebook Page ID → Business Settings → Pages → click your page → Page ID shown below the page name
